How do I receive my Cash Back payments?
Once you have earned at least $10 of available Cash Back, you can request a Cash Back payment. To request a payment, log in to your GoCashback account and click the 'Request Payment'button. You can receive Cash Back payments via PayPal, Check, Gift Card and Helipay.
Why doesn't my Cash Back show up after I complete my purchase?
Most orders will be posted to your account in a short time from either the ship date or the order date depending on merchant policy. If you still cannot find your order in your account after 7 days, you can add your purchase request through the GoCashBack website, we will inform you after further verification. If you have problems adding your purchase online, you can just send your order confirmation (PDF, JPEG or PNG) including Order date, Order number, Order details, Order amount(exclude tax, shipping and handling fee) to support@gocashback.com.
How long does it take for Cash Back to become available?
It can take up to 120 days for Cash Back to become available. This depends on the product and the merchant. Also, in some cases it could take longer than 120 days if the merchant has placed an extension on the order.
What's the difference between pending, available, processing, and paid Cash Back?
Pending: Pending orders stay in the 'Pending' state for 120 days to account because of different store return policies, order cancellations and to provide ample time for collection of commissions from stores.
Available: Your pending order Cash Back will become available after 120 days of purchase. You can request for the payment when you have over $10 available Cash Back. Your Registration Bonus / Activity Bonus will become available automatically once you have $10 order Cash Back available.
Processing: You have requested for the payment, it is pending by our financial team to pay.
Paid: We have credited the amount to your related account. Please note that for payment via check, it might take several business days to arrive.

Why I cannot find my order Cash Back?
Purchases you make at GoCashback stores are only credited if you start your shopping session at GoCashback.com and click to a store via GoCashback link or use the GoCashback toolbar. As much as we'd like to give you Cash Back even if you do not start shopping via a GoCashback link, we have no way of proving you are our member to the store without your click. If you have items in your shopping cart, you may not earn your cashback until you completely empty your shopping cart and start a new shopping session via the GoCashback link. If you click through GoCashback and make a purchase, then go elsewhere on the web and return to that store to make a second purchase, your second purchase will not earn a Cash Back reward. Please remember you must click through a GoCashback link every time you shop at a store site. If you use multiple windows on your browser, the window in which you shop at the store must have come from a GoCashback link. Also, while virtually all product purchases at the stores are eligible for Cash Back, there are a limited number of products that do not qualify for Cash Back. Please do not using any 3rd party coupon for additional discount because it might negate the cashback on your order. Please note the product and service exclusions for each merchant.
How do I get paid?
Check: We will send a check directly to you - mailing fees are on us. You can change your personal settings (including your address) on the Account Settings page. Be sure your settings are updated before we send out a payment. This payment method only available for address within U.S. Please note we cannot bill to company.
PayPal: We will deposit your payment in your PayPal account - sender fees are on us. Just enter your full name and mailing address into the personal information page for verification purposes. Your PayPal account must also be verified.
Gift Cards:(U.S. Only) We provide hundreds of gift cards for you to redeem , and you can get an extra payout bonus or save extra when you redeem cash back for gift cards.
Helipay: We will directly deposit your payment into your Chinese Debit Card account - sender fees are on us. Please just enter the bank name, your account name and card numbers into the personal information page for verification purposes.
Where's my Check?
Sending payments with a check usually takes about 21 business days and sometimes it will take more depending on your location. If it has been more than a month, please contact us.
Where's my PayPal payment?
Status on your account shows 'Paid'. It means you should receive this within 24-72 hours, but if you have not received it after 72 hours, please contact us.
When can I withdraw my Cash Back?
Your payment request will be processed within 7-14 business days.
How can check my payment history?

Do I need an account to use GoCashback?
Yes. In order to receive Cash Back you must first sign up for a GoCashback account. It will only take a minute, and you only need to provide an email address and password to get started. If you are not a GoCashback member, you can still use GoCashback to find coupons and compare prices but you will not earn Cash Back.
How do I change my GoCashback password?
Log in to your account and go to the account settings page. In the Personal Settings Section, simply enter your new new password and click save changes.

How do I change my payment method?
Log in to your GoCashback account and go to the Account Settings page. In the edit payment method section choose your payment method and click save changes.
Cash Back in my account is listed as 0 amount, and you didn't return or cancel your order. What does this mean?
Cash Back becomes unavailable when the store notifies GoCashback that the purchase may be fraudulent. In some cases, your purchase may incorrectly be marked as fraudulent. If this is the case, please let us know and we will review the purchase with the store. If the purchase is deemed to be not fraudulent, we will change the Cash Back to available.
How can I submit a missing order inquiry?
Go to My Account > Missing Cash Back> Submit a Claim, and submit the order information, screen shot of your order which includes Order date, Order number, Order details, Order amount (exclude tax, shipping and handling fee).
Why do I need to submit the screen shot of my order confirmation?
Merchant needs this information when we transfer the Missing Cash Back Order information to them for further verification. If you need help on this, please send the order details and the pictures to our support email: support@gocashback.com
Why I can't submit the order inquiry??
1. Check the terms on the merchant page see if the merchant allows or not. Check if there is the sentence of '• Missing Cash Back inquiry is not available for this merchant.' .
2. You can only submit the order inquiry after 7 days of purchase. All the merchant listed in the order inquiry section is generated based on your click history.
Why my order inquiry is still under reviewing?
If your order is in processing, it means your order has been forwarded to the merchant for further verification. We can only post the order Cash Back to your account after we get confirmation from the merchant that the order is affiliated with gocashback.com.
When will the merchant process my order inquiry?
It depends on the merchant, sometimes takes 2-7 weeks. Sometimes it takes longer. We will let you know immediately once the merchant processed the order inquiry. Download GoCashBack App is the easiest way to check the order status and the order inquiry result.
When will my reward become available?
Your referral bonus will become available when your friends have $10 Cash Back available.
What is the Refer-A-Friend Program?

No, you can only get the reward from the friends referred by you directly.
Is there a limit to the rewards I can receive?
There is no upper limit for referral rewards. The more you promote, the more rewards you will receive. However, if any fraudulent recommendations are discovered, the account will be closed.
What if GoCashBack doesn't offer the store I want?

What if I want to return/exchange/cancel an order?
Returns are subject to the return policy of the store from which you made the purchase. If you return or cancel an item, we will reverse any Cash Back earned from that sale. Exchanges also usually reverse Cash Back rewards. In the process of an exchange, the store cancels the old order and replaces it with a new one. When the store creates the new order, it usually fails to capture the referral from GoCashback in order to credit us. To avoid losing Cash Back on an exchange, we recommend returning the merchandise and making a new transaction via GoCashback.
Is my shopping information secure?
Yes, your shopping information is secure and private. While we can see which stores you visit, we do not collect information on the items you browse while you're on the store's website. The store will notify us of the order details and order amount 1-7 days after you complete your purchase. GoCashback will always be free and will never sell your email address to anyone. GoCashback does not collect credit card information.
